Kingdom Come: Hotfix: menu fix, cleaner battlefield, no weapon wear

Two small hotfixes are live: the menu keeps up during sieges, weapons no longer wear, and fallen raiders clear away.

## Menu - Fixed the menu not updating while a siege was running: items you crafted or bought didn't show in your inventory or stash until it refreshed. - Nothing was lost - the items were in your stash all along.

## Weapons and shields - Weapons and shields no longer wear down in sieges, so there's nothing to mend. - We found that every bit of weapon wear made other players' games redraw your weapon, which sometimes left it invisible on their screens. - Armour still wears, slowly.

## Fallen raiders - Fallen raiders now fade away about 8 seconds after they die, instead of piling up on the field until the siege ends.
