Kingdom Come: Hotfix: weapon slots, no more E to duel

A small hotfix is live: weapons go back in the right slots, and no more E to duel.

## Weapon slots - After the end-of-wave redraw, your weapons now go back into your outfit's weapon sets exactly as you had them at the start of the wave. - This is aimed at polearms, which were coming back in slot 3 instead of slot 1. Sword-and-shield setups were already fine. - If a weapon still lands in the wrong slot, tell us.

## Duels - The "[E] Duel" prompt over other players is gone - pressing E on someone does nothing now. - Duels are still here: type /duel and their name, or talk to the Duel Master.
