golly.gg: Safer by design: backups and a new security page

Your progress is now backed up automatically, and there's a new page explaining how we keep golly.gg and your data safe.

## Automatic backups - Every game server (Project Zomboid, DayZ and Kingdom Come) is now backed up automatically. - Each backup is kept on three different servers in two countries, so a single failure can't wipe your progress. - The website and game panel databases are backed up every 6 hours, encrypted. - Old backups are removed after 14 days.

## New Security & compliance page - Read it at golly.gg/compliance (also in the footer under Help). - No passwords on the website: you sign in with Steam. - Kingdom Come in-game passwords are salted and hashed. Nobody can read them, staff included. - Staff tools are protected with passkeys. - HTTPS everywhere with strict browser security, and no trackers. - Your data is stored in the UK and EU, and the page explains your data rights. - To be upfront: golly.gg isn't ISO-certified, but we follow ISO/IEC 27001 and OWASP guidance.

## Privacy and cookies - Sign-in sessions last 30 days after you sign in, and expired sessions are now deleted automatically. - Discord is now listed as a service we use. - How long backups are kept is now included.
