Kingdom Come: The Siegemaster and the hub
Less to remember: the hub tells you what to do, and buttons do what the commands did.
## The Siegemaster - The Herald is now the Siegemaster. - New "Browse sieges" option: see the siege under way and any party gathering, and join either from there.
## The hub box - While you're in the hub, a golly.gg box (top right) shows who's here, the siege that's on, and the keys. - "Speak to the Siegemaster to start a siege" - always one step away.
## The Commands page - Press Home (or type /commands) for a page of buttons: join, browse, set off, leave, watch a teammate, open the menu, fix your weapon, unstuck, and find the Siegemaster on your compass. - A How to play tab with five steps from picking a class to spending your loot. It opens by itself the first time you arrive in the hub.
## Leaving a siege - Press E at the banner and hold still for 10 seconds to go back to the hub - no command needed.
## Raiders - Raiders no longer lose interest in a player they're fighting: within 6 m it's a fight, never a give-up, and one still chasing you keeps at it far longer. Only a raider that truly can't get to you (about 12 seconds getting nowhere) heads for the banner instead.
## Shields - Shields last much longer: every shield's durability is doubled, plus 25 more for each tier - so the better shields now last the longest (a tier-5 kite shield about 7 times as long as before, a tier-3 heater nearly 4 times).
## Solo sieges - Playing alone, the waves now climb from 3 raiders at wave 1 to 20 at wave 20 (never more than 20 by then, whatever the difficulty). - Each raider pays less when you're solo, so a solo wave earns about what it did before - parties are still the way to farm.
